Current investigator-sponsored trials include:

• A Phase I/II trial evaluating bavituximab combined with sorafenib in patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). • A Phase Ib trial evaluating bavituximab with pemetrexed and carboplatin in patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
